The Horary chart represents the querant ( helprqd ) as Mercury
with Virgo on the Ascendant. Children are represented by
Capricorn on the fifth house ruled by Saturn.

Moon, the co-ruler, last aspect is a trine to Mars - the trine
indicating in the end things will go well but with some difficulty
as there is a wide square from Mercury to Saturn. Jupiter is
the ruler of the doctor ( Pisces on the 7th  House ) and co-rules
the 4th ( end of the matter ) House.  Jupiter sextiles Mercury
indicating the doctor will be an inherent part of the solution.
Jupiter rules both the 7th and the 8th house - the 8th house
being the house of life - and Jupiter has  sextile to Mercury
the querant indicating the importance of following the
doctors advice and instructions for success.

The squares would indicate a "no" answer if the question asked
was "Will I have children" but as the question is "When will I be
blessed with progeny" we are looking for a period of time.
The square from Mercury to Saturn of about 11 degrees indicates
difficulty for 11 weeks or months.

After this period we can apply the Jonas approach for
calculation of the best time of conception. The window
of time around the best time for conception is approximately
24 hours prior until three hours after the exact time.

The exact time for conception is provided by checking the angle in
the natal chart between the Sun and Moon. This should then
be duplicated for each lunar cycle, approximately once for
each month, in the transit chart. There are some additional
considerations but this is the fundemental approach Dr Jonas
used when developing this method in the 1950's - 1960's.

look at the Progressed Moon, natal Moon ruling
the fifth house of children - in this case it is
moving from the 4th House into the 5th House
of children. The Progressed Moon will be in the
5th House from March 22nd 2012 to June 2nd
2014 traditionally associated as a time for
bearing children. If we count 10 months from
this month beginning June 2011 we get 10 months -
the horary time estimate as given above.
