What is best software or recommended program to run natal chart..., Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

I would like some help with my Natal chart and have had some done and available. What is the recommended one of choice here...and how do i access it.

I also have a Simian Crease on My right hand
would like some help from someone to walk me through it ....I am a student as well and run peoples charts for fun and want to deepen my level of understanding.

Astro.com has an area where you can make and save your natal chart.

I use astrocalc and astro dot com which is free of course...
