It is possible to predict with some accuracy
( over 85% - some claim 98% ) using the
Jonas method for family balancing which
gender a child will be.
Essentially, carefully replicating parts of
the natal chart and avoiding others one
can select the best time for conception
and viability of the pregnancy.
Using progressions one can select the best
date ranges and then in that date range find
best conception tiems for the desired balance
desired within the family.

Sounds good. The idea is to replicate natal phases and
then avoid harsh configurations. So it is possible to
have about one conception predicted for this purpose
a month approximately, and then from that list of
roughly once a month select gender and viability.
Also have to be careful of the progressions to ensure
a fully supporting mechanism is involved.
