My DOB is 15/04/1979 and I was born in Lifford , Co. Donegal, Ireland. I don't know my exact time of birth but do know that it is near 15:00.

I need to make a decision on whether to start a business for myself and was wondering if my chart could offer me any guidance? Can anyone here help me at all??
