The question is not which ephemeris was used, because computers crank out highly accurate planetary positions; if a problem exists, it is in
the time. You specificed IST, which stands for Standard Time, but Daylight Savings is now universally observed. So it the doctor, after
your birth, looked at the clock on the wall and it said 10:35 AM, and IF daylight savings was observed, then the true local time would
have been 9:35 AM.

Here are the diffeences:

You can see that except for the Moon, the motion is only a few minutes. And the outer planets move not at all. (Neptune changes one minute because the apparent retrograde motion is effected by the sun’s speed).

What does change, and by 15 degrees, is the Rising Sign, which now moves into virgo.

So every statement I made about the planets in the signs still holds (to whatever extent my interpretation is correct). Further, the pattern
remains a bowl, in the eastern hemisphere, the most elevated planet is stioll Mars, which remains the cutting planet, and Neptune remains the trailing planet.
