Well i've never even heard of Draconic, all western astrology is usually sidereal.

There is a teaching thread on this website, but its only one sided with a different astrologer cos i'm not allowed to post for some reason. Even though I am trained teacher in Adult Education, have written a astrology diploma and am guest lecturer onboard cruise ships with astrology.....
