The biggest problem here is that you are very good with your career and public reputation...as long as you are helping others succeed or seeing how they can succeed. The end result is that others get the promotion and money while you are never given credit for what you know and what you can do. A chance conversation with someone while you tell them about your ideas will result in that person taking credit and that idea as their own and acting on it to their success, when it was all your idea in the first place! Very maddening! (Chiron 10th Gemini)
Career wise, sudden upset and reversals through no fault of your own. Things are going well, then WHAM! Very maddening! (Chiron oppose Uranus)
There is also a big problem with communication. Either you talk too much and drive everyone bonkers, or else the other extreme when you have given up and don't bother to talk about it at all. There are some secret intrigues, making you a target for gossip and unfairness, sometimes even the scapegoat at work places. (Gemini Chiron)
Recently, you are taking a hard look at your entire life. This isn't by choice, but because events around you are making major changes at work and home whether you like it or not! There is certainly a feeling that everything is out of control, but you aren't entirely opposed to losing these things, just that you wish you could have more control over what's happening. (Uranus square Uranus)
You will do well in areas related to communication, finance, luxury items, sports, or health care, or others in related areas. You would make a good investigator for a newspaper journalist, or detective. Because your nature is one that enjoys a good challenge and lots of movement, working as your own boss or where you can follow your own instincts will work best for you. Trying to fit into an office or group with its politics and rules just won't suit you. You can be very cautious, yet at the same time see revolutionary ideas and work methods. But, keep them to yourself until you have the opportunity to use them yourself, so you aren't exploited by others (including your boss!) (wide 4/10 H.)
Think about what you would advise someone else to do if they were in your situation, then follow your own advise. This is because you are much better seeing how to help others with their career, but can't see how to help yourself as well. So, give yourself the advise you would give another. If you can employ this "trick of the mind" to giving yourself advise, you won't steer yourself wrong.
If you have specific questions about your career that I have not covered, please mention them.
Regards...
