Hello,
Yes, a relocated chart for OC in California moves my natal 5th house stellium in the 7th house, and more importantly, it moves Jupiter from the intercepted 12th house into the 2nd house. I should do well there. I have no interest in a personal relationship so I am not worried about having 4 planets in the 7th house. Currently I reside in Naples, Florida. I believe this moves my ascendant to Aries and moves some of my 5th house planets into the 6th house. As one astrologer put it, I’ve been pushed off the stage. |
If you are familiar with relocation charts, then I won't go into them for you. I am more interested in moving the stellum into the 6th house (at least the sun) and getting saturn out of the 10th house.
I understand about the difficulties in past relationships. However, if you are at sometime in the future interested in relationships again, an astrologer should be able to give ideas on how to avoid the placement of Neptune in the 7th, so it is one of a higher kind of love instead of deception.
My view of astrology is that it's useless unless it also gives remedies and solutions to problems in life. So that is my approach always.

| I have the natal Sun at about 13 degrees Virgo. Currently, transiting Saturn is in mid Virgo as well. It has already passed Uranus and Pluto. It is still aspecting my natal Sun and then it will move over my natal Venus. |
With saturn making conjunctions to sun/venus/mercury it is more likely to cause stability or "cementing" current circumstances than causing real problems. The problems come with the squares/oppositions. Saturn also would not be affecting employment since it was too far away from this cluster 18 months ago when you first began your search for work. The problem is elsewhere.

Currently, transiting Jupiter is trine my natal Sun as well. Jupiter has been moving back and forth over my natal Sun, Pluto and soon Venus again but I have not felt any positive effects from it. When I interviewed for the last job in California I had good transits but apparently not good enough. I know they really liked me and I just can’t understand why I didn’t get the job. I am not sure what it takes for me to accomplish anything anymore because it seems I have to work twice as hard to get half as much. I feel very punished but I suppose this is normal. |
I can tell that you have a good grasp and understanding of astrology. Yet, I think there are some things that you haven't looked at, and that you haven't considered. It's difficult to learn astrology, because it can have so many depths and layers. Things that I use a lot in readings and consultations are things that you may never encounter reading for yourself or on a casual basis. For this reason, sometimes it's good to get another viewpoint. | You can see that I was an abused child when you look at my Moon-Mars opposition in the intercepted 6th-12th houses. I am no longer a child and I thought I would be able to have more control over my life by now but apparently not. |
I've found Chiron to be a much better guide to understanding and working with the lasting childhood problems, and also how to heal the wounds that were caused. It is almost without exception that I have found that most problems that people come to me about have their roots in the Chiron placement. When there is understanding of what the mind and beliefs are doing in the subconscious, then the person can start to heal from the Chiron placement (their childhood).

Well, that's what we're going to start working to fix and get this going for you.
When you send out resumes for jobs that you are interested in, do you make sure that they are not mailed under a retrograde mercury, or a void course of moon?
Next, if you wouldn't mind, to save myself a lot of typing, please read my not-ready-for-publication comments in the Western Astrology forum entitled "astrology in gambling." This will help you understand what I'm going to prescribe for resumes.
If you send out resumes while you are in a location with a saturn in the 10th house, you are already fighting against the "energy" that is keeping you from getting the kind of job you want. Find a friend, or employment agency that can send these from a location where your saturn gets into the 11th house. You could drive to Tallahassee and mail them from there since this city puts sun in the 6th and saturn in the 11th. However, please use the method of leaving your house, etc., if you can drive that far. It almost starts to sound superstitious, and silly, but for some reason it works. So get out your maps, and start figuring out locations where you'd want to live and that also move your saturn out of the 10th house by relocation. Yet, you've got to conduct some of your job hunt out from under the saturn 10th H. influence!
When you get an interview, follow the method of leaving your home, etc., so that you are arriving at the interview under transits. Remember square and oppostions are not a problem with this, only semi-squares and 150-degree aspects; avoid these to any significators, and if possible, no where in your transits for that day or approaching within 3 degree orb.
I am going to give you some "homework" because you are good with astrology...and save me some typing. (Good grief! It's so much easier with personal consultations!) Start understanding your Chiron placement. This is the root of the self-esteem and futility feelings and problems. There's plenty of articles on the internet about Chiron. Also pay attention to Chiron as you do relocation charts. Check the transits of Chiron and when/how it's making aspects to your natal.
When you get that reading done, let me know, and I'll continue. I'm sorry to do this, but you have the understanding so it saves me some time and work!
Regards...
