The Astrology of Accidents



The people who lived in this over-populated Manhattan neighborhood were worried. Residential buildings were going up too fast. As they watched the crane on the construction site at East 51st St climb higher and higher, there were real concerns about the possibility of a collapse. Sadly, those fears were not unwarranted. That crane came crashing down, splitting into pieces as it fell, crushing buildings, cars, and pedestrians below.

Four were killed, 17 were injured, and three are still missing in what Mayor Michael Bloomberg called one of the city's worst construction accidents. Horrified witnesses said is was "raining bricks". After all the dust had settled, the wreckage was piled sky high. The saving grace? It happened on a Saturday. This same accident on a weekday would have been much more catastrophic.

The mundane background? The killer crane stood 19 stories high and was attached to the side of a half-built 43-story apartment tower. Records show that residents complained repeatedly about construction crews working illegal hours.

Tiny Red Flags: City officials said they had issued 13 violations to the site in the past 27 months. Sounds like a lot but supposedly, from what I've read, it's 'normal' for a project of that size.

BIG Red Flag: City Building Department records show that a caller told officials March 4 that the crane appeared to lack the proper number of safety ties attaching it to the building. On March 6, a city inspector visited the site and determined that no violation was warranted.

Inspectors examined the crane last Friday, the day before the collapse, and found nothing wrong with it.

"It was an absolute freak accident," a building official said. "All the piece of steel had to do was fall slightly left or right, and nothing would have happened."

There have been more than a few freak constuction accidents in the city that never sleeps...or stops building. Just a few weeks ago, a worker plummeted 40 stories to his death from a Donald Trump hotel-condominium tower when a chunk of concrete gave way. Not long before that, an architect (archetypal?) was injured when a crane's nylon sling broke away and dropped seven tons of steel onto a construction trailer. The location? Across the street from ground zero. So what's up with Manhattan?

I'll give you a step-by-step astro tour. Sorry. This is not for beginners.

To study the astrology of accidents, look at how transiting outer planets aspect a location's Uranus, Pluto and Mars.

Uranus is the radical planet of Sudden and Unexpected Shocks. Pluto is the Take-No-Prisoners Wrecking Ball (combined, I call these two 'agents of change' the Demolition Duo). Mars is the Cosmic Trigger, a fast-moving planet that activates events with pinpoint timing.

Manhattan, the most elite of New York City's 5 boroughs, has sun in Aquarius. Innovative, cutting edge, and impersonal, Manhattan's Pluto is 12 degrees Gemini. It's Uranus is zero degrees Capricorn (insanely ambitious) and Uranus is the planetary ruler of Aquarius, which gives this placement extra punch.

On March 15, 2008, at 2:22pm when the accident occurred:
1. Transiting Pluto in Capricorn was conjunct Manhattan's Uranus.
2. Transiting Uranus in Pisces was square Manattan's Pluto.
3. Transiting Mars in Cancer was opposed Manhattan's Uranus.

Bottom line, Manhattan's chart has too many ties to the explosive Mars-Pluto opposition that's just now beginning to separate and weaken.

Sure, there's more. There always is. I can play "How many aspects can you find?" but I'm a minimalist. I like to work with what's essential. And when it comes to accidents, the big three-Uranus, Pluto. and Mars- is all I need. The deeper meaning? These three forces were called in to illuminate the dangers of overexpansion and corporate greed.

The moon goes void-of-course tomorrow in dramatic Leo at 11:39am PDT and stays void for hours. That's an ALL-DAY VOID tomorrow, dig? Don't buy, don't sign, and don't make promises you intend to keep until Wednesday, when the moon enters diligent Virgo.

           Iam prasanna wished to post this in order to know more about accidents, ie what are the astro affects which leads to accidents. ?  This came into my mind , many times earlier  too,  when i heared  the news of construction workers" sad demise  which has become some what a normal course of occurrences in   Dubai  from the last one year.  I have reffer ed about this unfortunate incidents in one of my previous posts  too, which may  appear before u , if u would have read them early in general forum

under BEAUTY AND HEALTH THREAD, OF MY POST  BRO CCOLLI  IF I AM RITE .  i FELT VERY MUCH FOR THE WORKERS COMMUNITY   who died in those two major construction site accidents

I never know this is happening in US too , today only , while i was in chat line  , i had the opportunity   to talk with our Govardhanji ,about my astro learning.   The topic  started about personal life accidents , we exchanged the views of our life past occurrences of accidents. Mean while he has raised a question telling, me, u should first learn the Astro affects which leads to accidents through google search, and find out the reasons behind my persoNAL llife 's acCident. I agreed to learn through goggle, search.  Fortunately i got answer to my earlier doubt too , so i thought of sharing this with u all.  

               I request u all  to go through this topic and please share your views in this matter, so that we beginners can learn more from u .  In this post LINDA ROSE has herself quoted, this is not for beginners, though i am not able to understand things in depth,  but  i feel and  believe,  there is certainly Astro affects for every unwanted incidents .like this.


 This i can confidently say now,  because , through his wonderful PREDICTIONS  , now our GOVARDHANJI HAS PROVED THE ASTRO AFFECTS ARE REL AVANT FOR EARTHQUAKES ON 8 TH JUNE.  I WOULD LIKE U ALL  TO APPRECIATE HIS TREMENDOUS EFFORTS ON FINDING this

Now i could proudly call myself, i am the number one fan of his predictions, i never miss his predictions, i started considering him my astrology GURU.too.  I thank GOD and sri GOVARDHANJI   for providing me with this nice lifetime golden opportunity for which i was waiting all these days.  I think , as quoted by our Rishiji, i feel now certain new doors are  started  opening for me in my RAHU MAHA  DASA now. This one  i can quote as the best example.(  Thanks RISHIJI.)

I am regularly reading  GOVARDHANJI'S   predictions about sun flares.and  DISCOVERY LIFTOFF now.

                            I would like   to know your views now on this particular post of mine. ,   when i hear  ed the   views of my Guruji, , i felt, i ve done a mistake of posting this  
topic "The Arstrology of accidents" in vedic learning forum  . i now learn t , this   will really suit with western astrology forum only , and i should not have posted this in learning forum, and learning forum is only meant for asking chart readings.  sorry for the mistakes, intensionally i never committed this  mistake, out of ignorance i posted this here.

 so , i request u Rishiji  to do  the needful, try to repost it in western  astrology   forum.  please quote your opinion about this, i should not order u , this my humble request.You can even modify this topic to suit its real purpose.  I think u know me ,that,  i have no knowledge in western astrology.  and i am a spontaneous writer, never thinks before writing anything.  sorry for the troubles ( i accept i have no knowledge  even  in vedic  astrology  too)
