Please somebody read and tell about my career. Currently there is stagnancy which i do not see ending in near future.

Should I change job?  What is the long term prediction for my career?

Are you living close to your birthplace? The farther you go, the greater the chances of success.

There seems to be a lack of effort and eagerness to take initiative or take on responsibility. Too much dependence on others or on the team. You may have to change that disposition of yours, if such is the case.
