I used Donna Cunningham's technique where she counts signs,houses and the planets.What do you think of that technique?I know some don't use the houses but I do.How do you calculate the strength of an element in your chart?

When there seems to be lack in an element or quadruplicity, then look to see for example, if lacking air, look to planets in air houses, then look to see how mercury is asopected.
