Another major clustering of planets bridging Pisces and Aquarius.  

(Mercury + Neptune in Aquarius) + (Sun + Jup + Ven + Ura in Pisces)

At around 20-15 on Feb 23rd, Cluster becomes active at moment Uranus joins the cluster of conjunctions, Initiating A very sudden and powerful release of Piscean energies with just a dash of Aquarian humanitarianism.  

At exactly this moment, the Moon enters the cusp of Gemini and Cancer, entering a series of very strong aspects:

Trine Sun in Pis, Mercury and Neptune in Aqu.
Square of Venus in Pisces and Saturn(Rx) in Lib.

Add on top of all of this is the Pluto in Cap+Sat in Lib squaring

At about 04:12 GMT on the 24th , Moon will move out of square with Uranus, ending the disruption rippling across the Conjuction cluster.

At 6:15 GMT on the 25th, the Conjunction "train" breaks apart as the Sun moves out of aspect with Neptune.  

26th of Feb should prove to be a very quiet time, astrologically, with only major aspects of interest being a Trine of Mars(Rx)and Venus in Pisces, a Sextile of Pluto and Jpiter ( in Cap and Pis respectivly); The continued opposition of Saturn(Rx) and the(Venus+Uranus)Conjuntion in Pisces.

I foresee a great outpouring of compassion and caring for the Haitian ordeal. I forsee a great coming together of artists and musidcians to come up with the funds to rebuild Haiti. A great global outporing the likes that has never been seen before.  
I forsee a massive "Haiti - Aide" effort.
There may be some struggle getting all of this together, but I also forsee the USA and Haiti developing a new and fortuitous Alliance. I also see a deepening of the relationships that USA has with its current allies.
