Can Astrology predict pervertness?, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

With all these voyeurism going on, I wonder whether it is possible to determine from a person's birth sign whether he will become a pervert or not? People who live in an 'dirty' environment do get pervert but some people who live in decent environment seem to get pervert for no reason. And some become perverts in childhood. This leads to question 'Are some people born with pervertness?'
