a question / insight .clarify the following start of this sentence .number 3

which i came across under the topic

principles of interpretation

there are four components which make up the basis for chart interpretation

1.the eight planets the sun and the moon each of which represents a particular kind of energy which manifests itself in the individual .

2. the 12 sun signs .............

and ?

3 .the 13 houses which indicate the main areas of the individuals life...........

4.the aspects .........................

ok maybe a found what it meant i regards to 13 houses

i did a google search and came up with a couple of things one being Bucksfanian astrology

which speaks of 14 months instead of 12 cesidian calendar verses gregorian calender

and the other being the 13 constellation ophiuchus
