N. node and S. node really doesnt make since to me, was hoping for some infromation about it. thanks.

The nodes itself refer to the orbit of the moon around the earth.  As the earth is also orbiting around the sun, the motion of the moon around the earth and around the sun represents a spiral, or slinky. The north and south nodes refer to the farthest points along this sprial path in any given revolution, of the moon from the earth. (somewhat similar to apogee). Sometimes the moon is between the earth and sun, sometimes it is the earth that is between the moon and sun.  The north and south nodes are always directly opposite one another. The south node and it's aspects indicate past lives, the north node, one's present incarnation.
