Thanks for putting so much effort into this exercise. I am sure we all are learning through this. I hope this is not taking your attention and efforts from something else that you would rather attend to, such as studying and lots of physical activity and fun things? :-)

No Midheaven.  No ASC.  Moon potentially in another sign.  No aspects to the Moon.  
You can certainly say something, but you cannot differentiate this person from thousands of others born on that day.  It slants the chart away from understanding the emotional (moon) side of the person.

There's certainly no reason not to do it, but it will be a much weaker reading.

In defence of Sei's point (though he is very capable himself of defending his ground I am sure!), there are situations where only the birthdate is what one has to go by. I have not tested it much, but have heard that if one looks at 4 charts during that 24 h period, when sun is in the angles (sunrise, noon, sunset, midnight charts) and keeping imagination under check methodically looks for similar trends and indications, then one can tell quite a bit. At least the sunrise and the sunset chart must be studied because of obvious reasons, i.e., one is likely to tune into the persona better if it is an evening birth than the morning birth.

Sei, if you are game, I suggest that you try reading the sunset chart for the data I gave and see what kind of profile you get. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
