Okay, so now I've got this sunrise chart before me, let's see jus how accurate they really are.
We're going to skip the luminaries (Sol and Luna) and move on to the others. I do this because Sol...well...he's in Aquarius and you've probably read a billion things on this placement for Sol, for Luna, though she is in 24° of Sagittaris in this sunrise chart, so she may actually be in Capricorn. Who knows.
Well, first off I'm just going to throw a series of questions at you about this person and you just answer me yes or no. Then after this is done I'll move on to a more...actual interpretation. Yeah...
1. Is this person a tarot reader or perhaps some other type of Marital psychic? This could include a scryer, an astrologer, someone who uses the I Ching (is there an adjective for that), something like that. Pallas resides in Scorpio and is disposited by a very powerful Arian Mars. I know of a couple other individuals who have a similar set-up and one of them is an excellent astrologer and tarot reader.
2. I see a lot of Saggitarius here, and the placements of Luna, Saturn, and Ceres lead me to believe this person moved a lot during thier life and perhaps doesn't live in Canada anymore. Moving often is also shown by the Arian Vesta, indicating a very active home life. Also, the sunrise Fourth house cusp is in Gemini, and the ruler thereof is Mercury in Aquarius, an unusual upbringing. I also have a Gemini Fourth house cusp and I moved so many times in childhood I've lost count.
3. Going back to that Mercury in Aquarius and the odd upbringing. Ceres conjoined to Saturn leads me to believe that the role of a caregiver was almost forced upon this person at a rather tender age. Venus (who also takes part in this conjunction) rules the Third house of kin so it makes me wonder if this person is an oldest child and perhaps had to be come a father/mother figure to their younger siblings.
4. The Tenth house lord is Jupiter in Pisces, which is a rather powerful placement, however since Jupiter rules the Tenth and Squares Saturn, Venus, Luna, and Uranus, it makes me think of problems with the mother or with authority in general. Those with a Sagittarius emphasis are said to be rather reckless, which could get them into trouble.
5. I don't know if this person is married or not (they'd be about 20, so maybe), but if they are, is their spouse a serious, stable type or were they born around January 7th-January 15th? Speaking of Juno in a particular placement there.
That's all I've got right now for my 'at a glance' look at this. Answer back to these and tell me how wrong I am. ^.^' Then I'll move on. A lot of this was based on the houses, and since the houses probably are not so correct, it probably was not a good idea for me to do that, but oh well. I'll stick my neck out there.
AH! I should have known there would be some kind of twist to this! :P I played right into that. Hehehe. That's alright. I'll do it. It'll be interesting either way.
Don't worry about embarassing me or anything, just give whatever feedback you have here. I've been wrong about things enough times to be able to take it and reflect on it. Plus with it being a sunrise chart, I expect to get certain things wrong anyway.
It'll be an interesting exercise. I'll get back to this later. *makes a note*
No there is no twist or hidden agenda at all. You made a very intriguing statement and I just wanted to observe your technique and learn from it if I can.

MY RESPONSES IN UPPER CASE JUST TO DIFFERENTIATE (NOT SHOUTING!)
Okay, so now I've got this sunrise chart before me, let's see jus how accurate they really are. :)

I HAVE REALLY NO KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT TROPICAL TRAITS ETC MEAN SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO HOLD BACK ABOUT ON AQUARIUS ETC

NO

ONE MOVE ONLY
3. Going back to that Mercury in Aquarius and the odd upbringing. Ceres conjoined to Saturn leads me to believe that the role of a caregiver was almost forced upon this person at a rather tender age. YES FOR OLDEST, NO FOR CAREGIVER ROLE ETC
4. The Tenth house lord is Jupiter in Pisces, which is a rather powerful placement, however since Jupiter rules the Tenth and Squares Saturn, Venus, Luna, and Uranus, it makes me think of problems with the mother or with authority in general. NO, VERY CLOSE TO MOTHER, NO TROUBLE
5. I don't know if this person is married or not (they'd be about 20, so maybe), but if they are, is their spouse a serious, stable type or were they born around January 7th-January 15th? Speaking of Juno in a particular placement there.
NOT MARRIED
YOU WERE ONLY RIGHT ABOUT BEING ELDEST CHILD
