I read some posts here and I hope you would help me learn interpret my chart.
I would like to learn chart interpretation on my own but I don't know how to do it.
I found some astrology courses but they are either weak or very expensive.
I found a very good astrology course Avalon College. Do you recommend it?
I am from Poland where there are no good astrology online lessons and my English is not very good but I hope I can understand well.
I know the positions of my planets and aspects but I can't combine all my knowledge, I can't put all the facts together.
I have problems especially with aspects. I don't know which are important and why.  
How do I start interpreting a birth chart? I start with general issues like here
Then I try to begin with ascendant and then the ruler of ascendant, but how to put it together?
But then I am lost what to do and what to pay attention to.
Some of the aspects do not match and I don't know which are not important.

Please give some advice how to interpret it and maybe you know any good astrology courses which are free?

from your post it seems that you want to learn astrology.

First decide eirher you want to read your horoscope (birth chart) OR you want to learn completely, to be able to read any horoscope (birth chart).

if answer is first (yourself) then it is easy as counting 1,2,3, ..........25.

if answer is second (any Horoscope) then it is as complex as 1,2,3, .............100.

and it seems that you have done untill now is like 12, then 23, then 8, then 17, then 19, ...........

but if you want to learn you need to go stepwise i. e. 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on ...............

and for that you need some books (giving basic and stepwise knowledge on astrology). + a person guiding you to go stepwise, else you will get the knowledge but unable to reach the reasult.

unfortunately in my knowledge there is NO "ONLINE" course on astrology which can give you complete satisfaction (i.e. value for money)

as far as aspects are concerned,

Aspects can be explained as the "Planet already present in the house (sign)" as the "landlord in his own house" Vs "Planet aspecting to the house (sign)" as the "light coming to the house from the outside"

aspects are of three types:- Full (100%), Half (50%), Partial (25%)

this can be explained as "the strength (intensity) of light coming from outside"

And english is as well important as it is the connecting language between the people like you and me.

as i am well versed in hindi (my mother tongue). and know english also.

while you will be well versed in your mother tongue and have knowledge of english, also.
