Guys, in astrology, there are 2 types of rulers, a chart ruler and a birth ruler. A chart ruler represents and governs your rising sign it rules and your whole chart while a birth ruler does the same, but only for your Sun.

Mine for example(and this is real now, so dont laugh! lol):

Birth Ruler= Venus(her 2nd house side: material and financial values)
Chart Ruler= Mars/Pluto(my asc. is in Scorpio which technically by the way happens to be co-ruled by Mars along with main ruler, Pluto)

My life's prinicple theme[s] overall: Love & Stability, Drive & Initiaion, Transformation and Elimanation.

What is my ruling planet?
