When I speak of the feminine within... I am speaking of the quality of the sign as well as the animus of Jung's animus (feminine) and anima (masculine) principles in the human mind. I do NOT refer to modern day feminism as that is so far off balance that it cannot apply in this discussion. Each sign is either masculine or feminine and this is exactly the feminine to which I refer. I hope this makes it more clear.

Hold on... this next statement is gonna hit funny....

Men are equal but different from women. Women are equal but different from Men.  That equal but difference needs to be respected, honored and seen as a gift. Unfortunately, this is not ususally the case. So please let's stick to the deeply psychological side of scorpio... the deep transformative regenerative ability that belongs to Scorpio... a much maligned sign.

I understand what you exactly mean to say Mythseeker.
I'm a scorpio rising,scorpio sun and scorpio moon. Its an extreme situation I know...and since I'd learnt to think (pretty young perhaps around age 7), I've faced the cruel hardship and pain of life and been victim of many abuses.
Growing up and in my teens, I see myself as the bitter deadly serpent who was filled with poison n would inflict  the same to others. Tragic events, uncomprising tests of life and I became one day I think - - the gray lizard who'd been victimised by fate, circumstances and I learnt to believe in just darkness.

Then a year ago, I'd thought I'd kill myself when I'd lost everyone and everything in my life and believe me I'm just 25. That event led me to raise myself ...........I never knew I had such strength left in my life.....but I raised myself from the burnt ashes of my dead soul ..........to become the person I am today- a Dove I believe who only knows what love is. I believe only in love, miracles, happiness, in giving, helping those who don't have anyone, who are helpless. Yes, perhaps I'm a dove. Now, I live just for others and to help and to serve gives me the most beautiful satisfaction and I'm happy now alone, or with everyone. Never been so happy and peace with myself    

Perhaps its true........you can experience the depth of ocean only by hitting the bottom rock.......you can  understand the true value of life only when you experience the depth of pain..........
