Be careful that you don't get a reputation for being indecisive, right now. The people in power are looking for someone who can move things forward with no hesitation -- not a wishy-washy person who always worries about what might happen if they do one thing over another. Mull over an intimidating idea for too long, and you will only give it power over you. It's time to grab the bull by the horns and just make a decision. And if it ends up being a mistake, then you can fix it later.
