Till august 2014, it will be a time of unrest and mentally stressful. Try to not take hasty and impulsive decisions. Please pay attention to your speech because people might tend to misinterpret and this can turn them inimical and hinder your progress and cause more mental unrest.
This is not a time to be afraid but to surrender somewhat. Many important lessons in life will be offered to you in this period but also many doubts and hesitancies thrown at you, internally and from others. Weigh everything, seek good advice and you shall sail alright out of this stormy period. Avoid getting entangled in matters and problems of others, particularly of family members and close ones. Be very careful when driving or machines etc that could have the potential of causing bodily harm. Avoid combatting and confronting others and develop tolerance.
Avoid intoxicating material completely and include in your lifestyle daily exercise or yoga practices and just as a remedial practice develop the habit to read regularily some dharmik literature. Bhagwat Gita and Hanuman Chalisa in particular will be helpful.
Observe a strict fast on Tuesdays starting right away. If health permits, try to make do with just one meal on that day, preferably within one hour of sunset or sunrise (sunset is preferable time for that). The meal must contain potatoes, green peas, green chillies, okra (bhindi), green leafy vegetables (shak or saag) and these must be washed then boiled/steamed. The vegetables and the juices collected during steaming must then be consumed. No condiments, salt, sugar, achaar-pickles, etc must be added during cooking or eating. You must prepare the meal yourself. Quantity can be larger at the beginning but reduced over time. Rest of the day, water and green tea. No sugar, milk, sweetner or lemon juice! Avoid sweets, dairy products on tuesdays. If you decide to follow my advice, write to me to inform and give me updates every 3-4 months. Next few months and between march and july 2013 would be periods during which you must try and provide me feedback as to your status.
Remain sincere and cautiously ambitious (meaning not overambitious) in the field of work and workplace.
