EST or UT-5
Daylight Savings Time was in effect and I believe this makes it UT - 4 (not entirely sure)

firstly ur lagna is gemini and ur 7th lord in 3 conjunct nodes and with 6th lord mars indicates some relationship issues.you probably are the youngest one in ur family.you may not have younger ones.mercury debilitated in 10th opposed my moon indicates some rash decisions relating to profession.we will proceed if you give further details.
