My sister's living and studying in a foreign country and is going through a really bad phase. There's no one to stand by her there.
She was in a relationship that suddenly ended. This relationship had her put up with a lot of trouble from others (non-family, won't get into that)  when she was already facing a lot being in a new situation, but she chose to bear with all of this because she cared. She didn't deserve the way it ended and had a hard time dealing with it.
Now she's become a stronger person and has learned some good life lessons. But even if she constantly denies it, I know there's this lurking feeling of loneliness.
We are all very concerned.

I'd like to know when she'd have someone real and worthy of having her step into her life and stay. Anything else that you can say about this person or my sister?

I'd like to mention two unusual traits-
My sister hardly has friends, in spite of being a friendly and very thoughtful person. She also easily falls prey to a lot of jealousy and negativity, especially from women (this is our observation, she refuses it though).
Hardly anyone she's associated with is her race. She finds it far more comfortable being around people who aren't her race. In fact, though I don't know if this has any astrological significance, she doesn't look her race at all(unlike other relatives/family members).
The relationship she was in, was with a person from a similar background.

My sister finds it extremely difficult to communicate or relate with people her age. She is unusually far more comfortable dealing with people much  older (though this wasn't the case with her relationship, and she felt she made a mistake)

We just want her to be happy and successful in life. We're proud how she's managed to come out a stronger person, but the sadness she hides sometimes peeks through her voice and eyes.
