Sir,
My sister is expecting a baby for which a Cesarean method has been prescribed by the doctors may be on 13th October, 2011 we would do so. Now, her 1st Child, a son {Arnav, born - 12th may, 2006, 20:14 PM at Meerut, India}. In arnav's horoscope (vide Kundli software) I found the peculiar instance of no planets in the Central houses. Can u please co-relate this issue with the birth of 2nd Child and predict a suitable time on 13th Oct., 2011 to rectify any bad issues in Arnav's horoscope.
