Can i know your gender? it also and essential basic input in Jyotish.
WHat is your current status w.r.t residence? is it a Joint family environment, own house or rented? are u located far from your immediate family.to know these thing will help us in giving a more correct guidance.

from the horoscope the year 2015 seems very encouraging for gaining properties, perhaps after disposing off the old one.
opportunities and also a strong urge for the same may also present itself from fag end of this year but may be difficult to fructify.
As for the second part of your question, frankly i dont think i am capable of answering this. Anyways looking at the trends i can only guess that it will not come up to your expectations.
