From what i have read, Mercury and Rahu in the 8th house is the worst position (many problems in life, no friends to help out.. early death). while venus in the 8th house is supposed to grant me wealth and stability. This really worries me.. Can someone please look at my chart for any positive signs. Helping me out with this means the world to me

First of all the number 8 does not mean 8th house. The first house is the house that says Asc on it. You count counterclockwise from there till u reach the 12th house. Meaning the house with 6 on it is the 2nd house (not 6th house), house with 7 and Jup written is not the 7th house but the 3rd house and u keep counting till the 12th house this way. Now the numbers which you are referring to as the house, are actually signs or raashis. A number of 8 means vrischika (scorpio) rashi. So to put everything into place:

You have mercury venus and rahu in 4th house which in ur case has vrischika rashi.

Scorpio is natural 8th house. It starts at Aries, goes on as Taurus, Gemini etc. In Vedic Astrology, the symbol where Asc is present is considered the first house.
