My husband is born on 30/3/1976 ...he is having career problem right from his age 20...so when is he going to get success in his career also how is his finances gonna be in future?

2nd, 3rd lord in 8th - Means hassles with finance.
3rd house has Ve - He has to be good in arts, drawing, painting etc.

Now to the question you asked:

* 10th lord of career is deblited
* 10th lord is combust.

So, there are hassles in his career. You have to pray Mercury and do Navagraha archana regularly. Listening to Vishnu Sahasranama daily helps.
