Thank you so much for the reply. I truly appreciate the time and concern. I would just like to follow up a bit on this house situation. We are actually looking to relocate to Sayreville, NJ or Somerset, NJ which are far from the place we are currently living in, Jersey City. Since you said we would be moving away this would make sense. However, the problem is that the properties at sayreville and somerset are priced differently. We are looking to buy sayreville, NJ but it is around 30,000-40,000 USD more expensive then somerset, but it has more better transportation options. The bus to nyc is right on the edge of the sayreville house making it very easy for me to go to NYC as compared to somerset where transportation is around 10-15 minutes drive to catch a bus. The sayreville house requires us to move in in december hence it requires immediate booking whereas the somerset house requires us to book as soon as possible but not immediately. Hence, I dont know if you can advice on which property would be better or whether taking the sayreville house which is more expensive would be a good or a risky option perhaps?
