6th house has Me, placed in enemies house, aspected by 1st lord and 6th lord.
6th lord in 12th house.
1st lord in 12th house.
Deblited Ma in 1st.

This person will have problems in his shoulders/arms and/or leg/thigh. Saving grace is exchange of 12th and 6th lords. Exchange of dushtana lords is auspicious. Person will see better times healthwise, from 2013, and he will have to be careful in his family life and finances from then on.

He will be starting Sa mahadasha from 2013. Sa is placed in second house of family and finances. It is placed in enemies house. So, the native has to be careful with his family and finances.
