Have suffered mentally & careerwise quite a lot so far. Had problem with career, not settled in a job. Looking for marriage matches for myself through marriage websites  & newspapers. Suitable offers are not coming. Feel frustrated at the walls of life & karma. Feel like I am banging against the walls of my prarabdha all the time. Not only me, parents & sibling also suffering. Feel like are we such bad people? We have done so much bad in past life that we are being beaten up in this one. Are there only limitations no good times in the offing? Don't know what to do. Feeling miserable.

Normally atmakaraka dasa might not be good for materialistic concern but not for spritual. Your atmakaraka dasa is in vargottama and it's so strong.
Atmakaraka Dasa is from 1998 to mid 2013.
Jupiter-moon(2009-2010) and jupiter-mars(2010-2011) falls on 10th house of navamsa, it's also lagnamsa, so you might had not control in your-self and you might be affected on your ability of 10th house issues. As you can see the same dasa affects the 3rd house in rasi chart.
During this dasa you might had initiated some spritual practice regarding Lord Durga or related to Rahu. It will help for your benefit of your concern.
Jupiter-rahu period is between 2011 to mid 2013.
You *might* get married during this dasa, because this dasa falls on 12th house of navamsa and rahu is  with arudha pada of 9th house in rasi chart. Since 9th house relates overall dharma,but I'm not sure about this.
Next dasa saturn will be soo good for you (after mid-2013).
Why I'm sure about this because saturn is your darakaraka, it's the lord of 9th and 10th house, the lord of upapada aspecting it and too venus.
While seeing on the tithi prevesha chart of 2013 7th lord jupiter is with UL, in navamsa 7th lord rahu is with jupiter conjoined with UL, jupiter is the hora lord and the vivaha sahamam falls in taurus, but mars is in cancer should also to be noted (navamsa).

In conclusion by God's grace you might get married between 2013/June to 2014/Feb.

In general it is said that fasting on UL's Lord might help to get married. Here your Lord is Mercury, fasting on Wednesday will help you and worshiping the appropriate god of Mercury, on that day.

In general if there is a malefic to the second of UL, it is said that the marriage is destroyed. But since saturn is the 9th lord I don't think this principle might work here.
