You have to look at the second house. Ve/Ju are together in second house. Ju is in his own house, Ve is in his enemies house. Exalted Sa aspects the second house as well. You should do really well in finances, from 2014. Thats when your Ju starts. Having said that, you will have equal expenditure because Ve is 12th lord of expenses, placed in second house of finance. Ra Dasha is known to give troubles last two/three years while it is leaving. So you are going through that now. Wait for 2014.

How well is "really well"?
I'm in a profession that requires a high overhead (expenses and taxes). So naturally here is my next question: Does Ve as 12th lord count business expenses as well, or only personal expenses? Meaning, I want to know how much of a disposable income I will have. I understand that it is difficult to translate chart readings into something tangible-- but if you could explain to me how well I'll do during my lifetime in tangible form, I would greatly appreciated it.
Example of finances in tangible form: properties (acres, location, etc.), children's education (private vs public), lifestyle, will my wife need to work, will I experience financial problems in the future, etc.

Really well means above average; You should always be able to maintain a "safe" bank balance. Which also means, if you want to purchase something for your home, you will not think about the price tag attached to it. You can just go and get it.

Venus is 12th lord, but also 7th lord. We see business from seventh house. So, Ve does represent business expenses as well, in your chart. Ve is sitting in its enemies house, with its enemy. So, you will incur a lot of business expenses, but Ju will make sure you will have good returns. So, from 2014, you will do well from your finance perspective, you will see heavy expenditure in 2022 (may be even losses) and back to normal from 2024.

Lands/Vehicles properties are seen from 4th house, you are having 4th lord exalted, in 12th house, which means you will acquire property outside the place/town where you are staying.

Placements of planets are not great in Navamsha, so whatever decision you make, should be your own. Nothing that of friends/partners etc. If you decide something, go do it. If you listen to others (including your friends, family members etc) you will end up in facing loss.

It is difficult to analyse how the expenses will be, you should consult a professional astrologer with lot of experience to know the details.

What about my Navamsha tells us that I should make my own decisions? I find this knowledge useful for my future children as well.

Also, I noticed that I will be going through Jupiter Dasha, then Saturn Dasha, then Mercury Dasha.

What will each Dasha bring me? I'm assuming Jupiter will enhance my exalted Jupiter in 2nd and help me bring in either a fair amount or a tremendous amount of income. I'm guessing Saturn will bring more expenses than income? (I read that my Saturn is exalted but weak in 12th and combust-- what does that entail and how will that contribute to Saturn Dasha?) As for Mercury, I have no idea.
