Around mid April to mid June 2010 was the problem period; maybe the advanced help or something of the sort got sparked from mid April.
Your transit Saturn was affecting the 5th. house + 5th. house from Arudha Lagna+ transit Ketu was in the 5th. till 6 June 2011. Sometthing must have gone wrong suddenly in the mid 2010 process.


(1) I do not see any success in child birth BEFORE JULY 2012, although false hopes would be there. I am quite certain.  You could use this period for treatment/ further planning. My suggestion is that any effort for child, even conception will lead to grief at this time.
Connecting with horary, May to July 2012 gives adverse results.

(2) Result wise, successful efforts, even conception would only be POST NOV 2012, and not before.. as you would be PRACTICAL in the approach to the goal. I see some new direction at this time.

(3) Added to this, transit wise, end May 2013 to Mid 2014 is perfect, for conception/delivery etc.
