Dear researcher and learner,
I have applied for Australia PR application in October - 2008. Till today(June-2011) I don't have any out come. So Please Can you tell me when will I get out come of my PR application. Is there any indication in my chart to perment stay in abroad?

My birth detail as follow

DOB= 8th December 1969
Time = 00:40 AM
Place = Ahmedabad
Country = India.
Gender= Male

It would be very help full to me if you can give indication regarding this matter, as my life in limbo after applying for Australia PR application and till today i don't have any out come.

In my chart 12th lord  waning MOON debilitated  in forth house with Scorpio sign, Conjunction with natural malefic SUN and natural benefice Venus.
 
12th sign is Cancer and it is watery and movable sign.

4th house sign Scorpio is watery sign.

9th house with Arise is also Movable sign having retro Saturn(lord of 7th).

I have running Ketu MD and Sun AD. Ketu in Lagna in leo sign.


Please any one can give their views that above  placement of planet give abrade settlement.
I am on the path of learning vedic astrology.
