I would like to ask the renowned astrologers...a question which has been persisting in my mind for long long months..I'm a Comp Sci student who is working in IT company..I'm planning to go for higher studies the question.. I have interest to pusrue Mtech from IISC.. But my father wants me to pursue MBA....We have a conflict in this matter..The problem is the current job isnt too technical..I mean Im a guy who wants to pursue a career which is research oriented ... But my father wants me to settle fast in life ..Which will give me more success??? an MBA or Mtech..

This is NOT a reply out from Vedic Astrology....but from me personally....built on my life experience, I am sure other can give you the view of the star.

Go for what you feel is right for you.....go for what you feel you have the ability, and interest in doing....then you can never blame other then you....then you can take any kudos for yourself.

When you go for what other point out for you, then they have no knowledge about your feelings...they seldom know your potential...they seldom even know your abilities....you will easier give up because it is not in your own interest....you will easier use their prediction as false to give up.....you will, if you succeed, give kudos to their prediction...even if it is you who have done the job and deserve the kudos....that is a minus to your own confidence ...and you will go on asking for direction...and in the end live the life of other.

I am a strong believer in astrology. But whenever an astrological choice goes against my desire/aim, I do not listen to it.
I believe that whenever an astrological advice goes against your heart-born ambition, then it is a signal by god that he wants you to do more hard work, fight stronger and acquire better karma while pursuing your ambition. There is always an important lesson to be learnt for your soul in such a case.
So, if you are sure that you "want" to pursure M.Tech., then go with it.
Also, read about "Moses fight with God for God's blessings" whenever you get time.

Hmmm....if need you need any advice from chart...then I recommend you follow your fathers advice...as good as anyone else's.

In the end you have to fulfil whatever advice given....then why not your own?

You can't educate yourself for research, if you depend on other then yourself!
