Thank you for posting these guidelines. Reading through brought another question to mind. Astrology is an art/skill that is practised pretty universally but with regional differences, I am sure. Are there any overlaps or similarities in the methodologies among these different forms of astrology? For example, vedic vs. western vs. chinese, etc.
