Good Evening Rishirahul Sir

 I am sure you are doing well. Sir one and half year back you had given valuable guidance on career front. As you said i will get good break on career front in june 2009. But unfortunately i didnt get any break during or after that period. Can you please guide me and tell where iam going wrong. I dont have much intrest in my current field and dont think i ll be able to give my best. Some time i get very depressed coz despite putting efforts iam not getting the required growth. When a good phase in my career will start ? and if possible suggest me some fields.

Oct 2008 you did have a favorable change to a better organization.

Anyway, it seems from what you say nothing in particular  occurred in mid 2009. Or did you come to a difficult position?
Again, i see mentioning also that in mid 2009 your work/environment would turn.

For my knowledge could you elaborate what transpired in mid 2009? and i will give you predictions within a day of receiving your reply.

         First of all thank you so much for promptly attending my query and helping a very ordinary person like me.

 As u predicted i did have favourable change in oct 2008 and i did inform you about it but i know ther are hundreds pf ppl u meet everyday and its difficult to remember. please refer following link for the same

   Yes as you said after June 2009 for 3-4 months i had tough time on career front. Though i worked sincerely one of my colleague troubled me a lot and created bad reputation of me infront of my seniors. That made me very restless and hurt me a lot.I told everything to boss with proofs but he did not agree. I was not getting what to do got confused and my confidence level started decreasing.
(I was out of india from 24dec 2009-5th jan 2010 for vacation. this is just for your ref may help you in prediction)

From jan-feb 2010 my relations with boss started improving slowly and with start of mercury sub period in june 2010 much better.
   
But frankly speaking iam not enjoying the work want to change my field.

1. How should i proceed further.( can u suggest any field/fields )
2. Will i have a good career ahead or such incidences will continue happening?
3. Iam more intrested to know whether iam solely responsible for the problem or there are other forces which are out of my control keeping me away from success.
