I had posted another query here earlier, and got very interesting answers.

But this is on a different matter. Really hope to get useful tips this time as well.

I am fighting a false court case filed against me (primarly) and my family members. I am hopeful of an ultimate victory to my side, eventhough the court case has been simply dragging all the while and has taken severe mental toll as far as my family is concerned. As a very basic learner of astrology I think I have Jaya Yoga (debilitated 6th Lord Venus and Exalted 10th lord Mercury) which I think is good. I hope that by strengthening my 10th lord I can activate Jaya Yoga vis-a-vis the court case.  Kindly advise me

1) whether my analysis is correct, ie, Jaya Yoga is there and applicable to the court case? Especially as I haven't considered planetary transits?

2) Is wearing the gem of the exalted 10th lord Mercury advisable, given that Mercury is the enemy of Lagna lord Jupiter? If not advisable, can other means of strengthening Mercury - like Japa/Homa etc be tried to achieve the desired results, ie a quicker and favourable resolution to the case?

3) Would wearing the gem (or strengthening thru any other means) the Lagna Lord Jupiter or 5th Lord Mars be helpful as far as the lawsuit is concerned?

I am wearing a Ruby in my right hand ring finger.

I cant comment on yogas / gem stones. I am very curious with this horo just bcs i am born on 27th aug 1976. similar planetory combinations just that I have Asc is Capri, moon in virgo. But makes less difference as both horos about earthy signs.

Here moon is aspected by saturn. He also aspects debiliated venus. Moon is AK means person is soft, emotional in nature. Since saturn aspecting moon, mind is not stable, smallest issues will be taken as bigger ones. Venus is GK implies that more female friends as attracted towards them often. Rahu in 10th house from Moon in its own star with good bala/power.
Jup is DK and in 5th from moon and 6th from Asc. He is in enemy house, but no bad aspects. Rahu is MK and in AL libra.  there lot of hidden enemies in the disguise of siblings/friends. Women are secret enemies for this person due to curse of venus. need to be careful wth women during life time as they are loss making and allegations possible.

currently running Jup MD- Venus AD from july 2008 till mar 2011.
currently saturn in virgo. Last 5 years been tough times mentally/emotionally/ familywise. now it should start reducing as Karma lord /moon lord/ 2nd lord in 9th house. Currently Rahu-ketu in 1-7 from Asc. But 12-6 from moon. healthwise there can be problems for 1.5 years. But mindwise will have victory over enemies.
Court case will be dragged till end of mar 2011, but it should go slowly in favor of the person if person has not comitted sins ( as saturn is judge in 9th house of dharma)
it should resolve during Sun AD due to vipareetha raja yoga.

Praying lord ganesha and Godess durga should help.

Yes, I have an emotional, generally soft nature. I also tend to worry a lot. Although I have an inner world where I know I can always retreat to and gain strength from.

I do have a lot of female friends, maybe slightly more than the number of male friends. What does Rahu with good bala/power signify?

As you had noted, Lagna lord Jup is in 6th from Asc, also in enemy's house. I am curious about to the significations of the lagna lord in a Dusthana like 6th H. I couldn't get much info on it by googling the net.

As you had noted, last 5 years were tougher times mentally/emotionally/ familywise  - but not too tough either. There were always silver linings. Even when I was running Ashtama Shani and the other problems you mentioned.

Thanks for the suggestion about praying lord ganesha and Goddess durga. I am doing that, by way of chanting Sankata Nashan Ganesha Stotra and Sapta Shloki Durga.

Rahu is powerful in 10th house from Moon and 11th house from Asc. You will do good in s/w industry/ pharam/bio/ media/telecom. In work place u will be troubled by coworkers and mgrs. ur credits will be stolen by others. You should have observed this during Rahu MD. Also from Asc 11th house implies troubles/cheated by cousins.

For  capri moon Jupiter in 5th house is bad. Putrakaraka who is 12th lord/3rd lord in 5th house ( karako bhavanashaya) leads to parenting others child(ren).
You may marry widow having children (as saturn in 7th from moon) / you may adopt child.
Asc lord jup in 6th house , jup is benefic planet and in 6th house implies that  there will be more enemies. elders will not be supportive. Basically Asc lord spoils the qualitiies of that house. you will win over enemies with lot of effort.

Rahu in Asc implies he is now in ur body. Rahu in 12th from moon implies he is vyaya from mental position. Hence u will win over enemies ( as rau is malefic in 12th which is benificial) mentally. But he is in Asc causing health issues (which is negative part).

Thanks for the interpretation. Outside of this lawsuit, I don't feel I have any enemies, but then who doesn't have a hidden enemy or a competitor? I also still enjoy good health, hope it will continue so in future!
