I have posted on so many forums without any luck and hence i am trying my luck in in this form. I really hope the highly knowlegeable and respected members of this forum will take some time to analyze my chart and help answer my question.

I kindly request you to go though my chart and provide me some insight into my current problems.
My birth details are as follows:
May 25th 1982, Hospet in Karnataka (Coordinates longitude 76 20 and latitude 15 16), India- 2.35 AM
I am a software developer working for a US based company in US.Even though I work hard and prove myself I am always sidelined for promotion, granted I argue a lot with my boss; I am getting frustrated in my efforts to get into management. My questions are as follows
Should I continue in the technical line or should i get into management?
I feel like i am not made for technology. Hence I am trying to get into management side and honestly I believe I can manage people; I am a people person; In that regard Should I change the current company i am working in?
When should I expect promotion?
In my current position only a promotion will get me into management;
Should I stay back in US or should I return to India for career growth?
I feel if i go back to India I have a better chance of career growth,better chance of getting into management. Please advice.
Also where will I eventually settle down?
Do i have a chanceto do MBA ?
Also, i am about to start Venus bhukti in Jupiter dasa; many say it will not be a great time.Is it true; if so can you please suggest any remedies.

Asc is Pisces , Moon in Gemini. 10th house from moon has exalted Venus aspected by Retro Sat and Mars ( causing Agni marutha Yoga). 10th from Asc has Ketu aspected by Rahu and moon.
Venus is Ak making person impotional and seeking attention from others. Mars is GK making person short tempered and agressive. Retro saturn is Amk bringing lsowness to work/job/business. Al is Taurus , has Retro Mer and sun . Person is seen as analytical and risk taking. This is well accepted by bosses that person has good analytical skill , ability to learn new techniques and has ability to take risks and deliver.
when it comes to benifits to hard work, it is almost less. As Ketu in 10th house aspected by Rahu. 7th from Asc has Retro sat and mars. More chance of getting cheated by collegues acting as good friends. Bosses themselves feeling insecure and dont want to see persons growth. this is expected life time of career/business undertaken.
Hence i sugest u to keep low expectation in job related to growth. It will come , but slowly and with hard work. Never loose patience. next 2.5 years need to be handled carefully. Never loose patience and do unwanted things to spoil reputation. Keep tab on collegues who act good friends and use u. You need to follow chanakya thanthra with all ur collegues and makesure that smallest work also gets atention of senior bosses.
work should improve from december. But saturn in 7th can slowdown. Also rahu in 10th house can get cheated in work palces. So careful attention needed for next 2.5 years.
