I'm not able to tell conclusively from your wife's chart about the prospect of a male child.
Saptamsa doesnt agree with even having a first daughter ( points to a male child first ) - so I'm ignoring that for now.

Husband's chart seem to align better for current conditions.

Could you please provide when the first child (daughter) was born.
Most probably born after Apr 23 2008 in Merc/Rahu period.

The graha for the second planet in Saptamsa (Mars) is placed with Saturn and Rahu and Jupiter.
The 7th house in Saptamsa (for the second child) has aspects of multiple malefics as well.
So the chances of some miscarriage or loss is quite high.

Currently I am facing bad phase in terms of money and job . I have lost my job in last 2008 due to recession in software industry.Till I am searching but no body call for interview.Just i want to know that can i move or open an institute related to software development/Faculty and training in technologies.Please suggest
