This is a msg from your fellow sufferer. Worry is outcome of tension within. Please start doing meditation to relieve yourself from tension. I am apprehending that even after you get a good reading from our esteemed scholar here, you will not be relieved. You are in constant turmoil, so are the billion and billions of living cells within your body. Imagine you relieve and give direction to each of these cells, how much you can achieve. You can quantify the tension even now - just close your eyes, relax, slow down your other sensories and feel within - can you not hear your neurons screaming - some kind of buzzing sound - that's tension. Get away with it.
Let me tell you one more thing that you create a HABIT of worrying. Break the habit before it affects you dearly, both body and mind. Just imagine yourself constantly pulling and turning your grey matters. Someone told me that there are 15 Crores Neurons in our brain, each one is capable of processing and storage of one PC. So, why don't you just relax and utilise it fruitfully.
