There is a Me and Mo opposition in your 4th and 10th house in your chart. That usually suggests that the person faces the dilemma whether to persue the profession/ higher qualifications or to continue with your family. You will notice that with the advent of the Mercury Antardasa in your Ju mahadasa you started to think on the lines of getting better qualifications etc. Since Me is the neecha badhaka sitting in your 4th house you have not been able to do so. Also your Ju is completely devastated with all the planets sitting on it.

The antardasa of Me ends in jan this year and that matches with the hopes that you are having of joining this course, Since ke will take over from mrcury at that time, and Ke is in the 7th from dasa lord, it can cause a bit of unrest and travelling for you. And you have indicated that you might have to settle abroad. Note that when the chart has a debilitated mercury the person gets stuck in dilemmas as Mercury deals with our ability of decision making, and the curse of Ju is not helping. the 12th from mercury is very afflicted with Ke there aspected by host of malefics so deva badhaka is suggested

So we must remedy these

1. Go to a Ganesha Temple. do the abhisheka for Ganpati and chant "Vikatmevaya Hum" mantra 108 times in your head. There after give some dakshina to Ganpati for this reading.

Now the remedy starts

2. Worship Sri Vishnu at midday with the mantra Om Vishnave namah 108 times. Make sure that you have the picture of Sri Vishnu in your head when you do the mantra and focus on his divine feet.

3. The badhaka has sat in the 4th house because there is a temple that you or your forefathers used to maintain and that has been mutilated. So donate some money to a temple for its repairs, or assist in the making of a temple.

4. Offer a tulsi mala, some sandalwood paste and tilak to lord vishnu.

5. Now coming to the main part of the problem and that is the curse of a brahmin from previous life or forefathers, you need to worship Sri Dakshinamurti (guru roopa of Shiva) every morning and evening with Om Dakshinamurthaye namah. His dhyana and picture would be available on internet and you need to research it yourself.
