What effects does SHANI bestow if he is exalted in the NAVAMSA CHART (D-9).?

The exhaltation of a planet in the navamsa provides strength to that planet. Also since in the chart that you gave Sa is the lagna lord so it will also show a strong mind. Please be advised that this chart has a severe curse of mother so remedial measures are necessary.
