Last year in July 2008 he chnaged his job... he was doing good he also got an award in December...... All of a sudden from January things started getting bad.... His boss's boss got anygry with him ... for what reasons( not Known ) and has been giving hard time ever since..... Now he has put him on a performance plan.... which is basically you have to meet expectation and if not you will be fired.... this program ends in September or may extend till October thats the most they are going to do.... but we know the result he will not keep him


so if you can tell me what 's going to happen ... we have started looking for a new job since June end.... but everything is moving very slow...... he has lost his confidence completely.... there is one job which is in its last stage ... but no response yet.....

Can you help identify,,, what is going to happen..... do you think he will loose his job and if so when can he get another job....
