can you please elaborate what is wrong with your health? Your lagna is stronger than the moon and so i believe you have to seed the vimshottari from Lagna not from moon. you are running Ju-sa in that case. Now they both sit in the second house and Ju is also badhakesha afflicted and cursed by Sa and Ra. So there can be some problems in health. I follow Prasara for remedies and I would suggest the worship of Lord Vishnu. The exact form of Vishnu will be Koorma Avtar. A good mantra for that is "Om Namo bhagvate akhuparaya"
