There is Asc between Rahu and Ketu. According to B.V.Raman when Asc is between the Rahu/Ketu axis, KSY gets reduced effect. Problem should get nullified by age of 36. Hence need not worry.

All the problems for past 5 years been due to Weak Asc lord Saturn over Cancer and Leo. In september he will move to Virgo which is 8th position from Asc. Problems will reduce but will not vanish currently. Problems will vanish once saturn moves to libra. But since he is weak by stregth and is with Sun results in clashes with elders/parents. In chart he is in 6th position which results in hidden enemies. Care should be taken in friendship and relation. dont beleive the people/ dont sign on dotted lines/ dont give financial support to anyone. Money will not return.

Pray Ma Durga daily ( for venus ) "Ohm durgaye namaha".
For saturn related issues pls visit hanuman temple on saturndays. Chant Hanuman chalisa / tulsi ramayan. Heve hanuman locket wear on the neck.
Beleif in god is important. make sure that person dont eat non veg or drinks. Otherwise blue saffire/diamond may boomerang. During bath make sure that soap/ anything not used for washing. Before taking bath take out the ring and put in clean water. After taking bath wear the rings by chanting Venus manthra "Ohm shum Shukrayye namaha". when waering blue saffire pray "Ohm sham shanishwaraye namaha" then wear.

Also pls check that blue saffire is clean and has no issues with gem. Make sure that it was not waer earlier by others ( diamond/ gold merchants cross sell blue saffire, which might have donr bad earlier)

As for we know the sapphire was not worn by anyone before. This person does believe in God. Thank you for all your advice.

What time period did you give for troubles in love/marriage ?? starting Dec 2009 to 2011?? Can you clarify this? When do you see his financial condition and his relationship with paretns improving?
