Thanks balaji. I understand that my first UL is Capricorn and 2nd UL is Leo. I was told by an astrologer that for 2nd marriage , 2nd UL is seen. As regards venus being afflicted by ketu and rahu being in 7th house, in that case my first marriage should also have been an love marriage, isn’t it? My earlier marriage was an arranged one. Do let me have yr thoughts on this.

firstly i am not a follower of SJC instead i follow only the methods adopted by shri kn rao as regards the chara karaka system as well as other techniques in jaimini astrology.the method you have suggested also adopts 2nd house instead of 9th house for second marriage.i dont.like wise they adopt 8th house from first UL for second marriages i am of the opinion that this could be wrong.because in a case which i saw the first marriage was due to love affair, he had even had lived with the girl for sometime but ultimately got seperated eventually had a arranged marriage second time.his upapada lagna falls in saggitarius.this only suggests that upupada represents only long term relationships or marriage rather than a short one.thank you.
