Strangely his chart is quite similar to mine. Rahu-Ketu in Center, Jupiter-Saturn nexus, Ruchaka yoga (though my mars is combust), sun-mercury in 11th. Does this mean we will get along very well ?

I am not sure about others but my view is that it is not a good idea to get reading of newly born child.
You may or may not well with your nephew depending upon other factors but for now just be with him.

One of the major reason which i hav learned from govardhan ji is and i quite well go with it that child till the age of 12 (and especially your nephew coz he is just born)is like a god as we say child is form of a god and making prediction for him/er is tantamount to predicting god himself whihc i dont think is a great idea.
Unless and until there is some issue with a child or there is some major need for this.
