I think i made a mistake,since my eyes were heavy i wrote about AL and AL7 but actually it shdu be AL andA7 relationship
This understanding about A7 and AL may be wrong but i am writting what i find to be sensible.

You see in native's chart.AL and A7 lord are placed together in 7th house from lagna.As you know A7 is also called as Darapada. and is also used for undestanding about sexuality of a native. thus placed with Saturn i think i can say that native must be having difficulty with love life in public(thus relationship shud be tough) but from inside he shud be sexual coz of before(in previous mail)mentioned reasons..

but you see his/her married life will be tough, coz of few reasons:-

1.7th house Mars(this is very basic to start with)with venus which is suffereing from gandanta dosha..

2. exchange etween 7th and 8th lords.

3.7th lord in 8th house.

4.2nd from UL got rahu

5.6th house from UL has got sun in 8th house with A6 in it.

6.Last but better point is jup is palced in 8th house from UL which is aspecting 2nd house from UL thus though things may go vey bad but end of relatinship is something which i think wont happen.

You also asked about culmination of love to marriage.One of the major reasons for this is 5t and 7th house relationship and also see their dispositors they will be definetely useful .
I hope i have clarified your query a per my limited knowledge and understanidng

Thanx for the detailed reply as it made me learn more things.
Regarding A7 all what you have said is true. Realtionship is diff as its with paternal cousin.

Here end of relationship wont happen --> does it mean that the naitve may get married to his cousin and their marriage will be rocky with problems ?

Do you see the native marrying the cousin ? or it shall just remain broken love?.

Can you mention that is this cousin is First cousin or bit far in relationship
