in case he loses his job now which cannot be ruled out, he will get a new job after april next year when his transit jupiter will be in 9th from moon sign who also happens to be his 10th lord.transit saturn will also be favorable.according to vimsottari he will running ven/ven then, venus in4th with mars aspected by jupiter will give him a new job.thank you.good luck.

Please advise him to worship sri Narayana with all his heart. That will surely help him come out of the neecha shukra in the Dasamsa. The best rupa will be Rama since in the TP chart of this year the curse on the moon is coming into the limelight. A good mantra is "Shri Rama Jai Rama Jai Jai Rama" chant it atleast 108 times in a day. If you can organize a sundarkand path in your house that will also help but he needs to be devoted towards it.

By gods grace, he will get over these problems soon. remember we are only facing our own karma.
